Roles and responsibilities
- Market survey on latest upcoming projects.
- Excel sheet created with the latest upcoming project and the details of its contractors and consultants.
- Fixing up meeting with the contractors and consultants.
- Generation of inquires from various sectors adding up new clients and working towards the establishment of LEHRY BRAND PAN INDIA (INFRA,INDUSTRIAL,OTHERS).
- Arrangement of meeting with client and understanding their requirements and clearing their technical doubts.
- Looking after respective marketing regions and supporting technically all co marketing and sales colleague and sales coordinators.
- Submission of quotations based on the client meeting conducted and discussion had with them based on the exact requirements/applications.
- Follow up quotes and calling/visiting clients if required to clear the doubts and getting the order against the quote submitted.
- Meeting consultants, client, contractors in routine basis developing relationship and their by collecting the projects details, getting approvals and so on.
ing/commissioning for OHT/WATER METERING SYSTEM and other products under the scope of Lehry and preparation of commissioning report/user manual.
- Coordinating with dispatch for order processing and their by checking the rates and other terms and conditions in PO with quotations submitted before processing and hand-over to dispatch.
- Coordinating with internal dispatch /client / internal purchase until material reaches the site.
- Coordinating with purchase and updating to client ensuring the material reaches to the client as per committed delivery schedule.
- Meeting/ calling vendors after marketing/supply of materials/system in case of trouble shooting/servicing
- Internal meeting and discussing on planning for making projections for achieving the targets.
- Coordinating with internal accounts/clients ensuring the bill reaches the client and we get the payment against our INVOICES and pending/outstanding payments.
- Order considered successful only when the complete payment is received.
- Maintaining the clean detailed day in/day out records/reports on vendor visit, ongoing/upcoming projects details.
- Submission of marketing report in two halves first 15th of every month and 31st of the month.
- Meeting on Every Saturday with The Marketing And Sales Director on the leeds generated, order in process, etc.
- Sending mailers on new launch/up-gradation of LEHRY PRODUCTS to all our vendors/clients of various sectors.
- Coordinating and passing information/leads based on my meeting with clients if its related to other region projects to the relevant person who takes care of marketing in that regions.
