Roles and Responsibilities:

• Brand Approval: Secure brand approvals with consultants in the MEP, medium & heavy infrastructure, and Government segments.
• Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate project leads from consultants and convert them into actionable sales leads.
• Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with MEP contractors in the region to foster business partnerships.
• Sales and Marketing Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales and marketing pipeline from lead generation to order closure, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
• Distributor Network Enhancement: Identify and onboard strong distributors for plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC verticals separately, enhancing market coverage.
• Stock Holding Optimization: Strategize to increase stock holding positions of distributors to meet market ademands effectively.
