Job description
- Acknowledging the mail receiving for complaint, Installation & Commissioning of both South & North region and sending complaint form & ask them to share the details to proceed further.
- Coordinating with internal service team, sending mail accordingly and coordinating with client.
- Following up with client for update via call and mail.
- In case client need virtual guidance arranging call with our engineers.
- Sending Service quotation and Performa invoice following up for payment for the service invoices.
- Be in touch with the manufacturer in case the material is to be replaced to client, act together with dispatch team to dispatch the replacement. And also, with client until defective material has reached our warehouse or Head office.
- If material is stuck in transit following with Transporter & Courier to deliver ASAP
- Booking Bus tickets for the engineer to visit the outstation site.
- Updating the day today compliant, Installation & Commissioning and Projects related updates in the Excel sheet for PAN INDIA.
- Building & maintaining database and preparing handing over documents for the projects.
- Closing the complaint and commissioning tickets by sending feedback form & Service report.
