Job description
- Handling complaint, Installation & Commissioning of PAN INDIA.
- Acknowledging the complaint and asking to send the details like invoice copy, Nature of the complaint etc… (Format of acknowledgement given below). After receiving the details, escalating the requests to the team.
- Analysing the issue, sending mail accordingly and coordinating with client.
- Following up with client for update via call and mail.
- In case client need virtual guidance arranging call with our engineers
- Sending Service quotation, Performa invoice, after completing the work service invoice is raised by Mr. Moorthy or Mr. Jithin
- Following up for payment for the service invoices.
- Be in tune with the manufacturer in case the material is to be replaced to client
- Act together with dispatch team to dispatch the replacement. And also, with client until defective material is reaching to our warehouse Or Head office
- If material is stuck in transit following with Transporter & Courier to deliver ASAP
- Booking Bus ticket/ Train tickets for the engineer to visit the outstation site.
- Updating the day today compliant, Installation & Commissioning and Projects related updates in the Excel sheet
- Preparing handing over documents for projects.
- Closing the complaint by sending feedback form & Service report.
- Taking care of maintenance of Spencer Plaza office
