1. Cloud Services Management: a. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure
components (servers, storage, networks) using platforms like Microsoft, Google Cloud. –
Monitor resource usage, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
2. Email Management (Outlook): a. User Account Administration: – Create, modify, and
deactivate user accounts. – Manage distribution lists and security groups.
b. Email Security: – Implement and monitor email security measures. – Handle phishing
attempts, spam, and malware prevention.
c. Configuration and Troubleshooting: – Configure email clients and mobile devices for
users. – Investigate and resolve email-related issues promptly.
3. IP Phone Systems: a. Administration: – Configure and maintain IP phone systems. –
Manage user profiles, extensions, and call routing.
b. Troubleshooting: – Investigate and resolve issues related to IP phone connectivity, call
quality, and functionality. – Coordinate with vendors for advanced problem resolution.
c. Upgrades and Maintenance: – Conduct regular updates and patches for IP phone
systems. – Plan and execute system upgrades as needed.
4. Network Connectivity: a. Network Monitoring: – Monitor network performance,
bandwidth utilization, and connectivity. – Identify and address network bottlenecks.
